The Apostolic Vicariate of Northern Arabia, Kuwait, is in the process of formulating data of each parish and its parishioners under the instruction of His Lordship Bishop Camillo Ballin, mccj, along with the Kuwait Pastoral Council. The main objective of the registration process is to collect statistical data so as to enable the parish team to become pastorally more effective. The Registration Forms are available at the Parishes. Parishioners are advised to fill in the details and submit the same latest by 31 December 2011 only to their respective Parishes or through their communities. The forms may also be dropped in at the Data Registration Boxes kept in the Parishes or given to the Parish Office personally. An ID card will be provided for the registered parishioners after the processes are completed. The information provided by the parishioners will be kept strictly confidential and will be used only for the Vicariate and Parish purposes, by the Bishop and Parish Priests. If you are downloading the Registration Form from the Vicariate web-site, you may send the same as an email attachment to the specified email addresses (see below) for the respective parish.

Instructions for Filling the Forms

1. You may download the Data Registration Form from the link given above. The Registration form is provided as a Microsoft Word Document, wherein you would type all the required details.

2. While opening the Word Document, sometimes, you may encounter a warning message "Security Warning: Some active contents have been disabled". In such cases, click on the option button and enable the blocked contents.

3. The completed form then needs to be sent as an attachment to the respective Parish Email address as provided here:

5. Any Form sent as a scanned image will not be accepted. The filled-in form, at present will be accepted only in Word Document Format.
